8 string guitar infatuation

Hello out there...things are moving along very, very nicely with writing for the next At War With Self disc. I'm working with Alex Arellano, and it's great to have such a phenomenal drummer putting his ideas down alongside mine and coming up with some really interesting, crazy stuff! I can't wait to share it. In time...

In the meantime, I decided to get on the 8 string guitar bandwagon. I started with an 8- string multi-scale acoustic by Agile. Then I followed that up with an 8-string electric, also an Agile (I'm very impressed with these guitars). I did two different variations of the composition, Hope, off the disc A Familiar Path - one for 8 string acoustic and the other for 8-string electric.

So, needless to say, I'm having fun with the additional strings. It opens up a whole new realm of possibilities.
